A) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Janitorial Supplies, Bid #03-03-1544.

B) Discussion of donation of goods and services through the Texas Master Naturalist Group for the Old Alton Bridge Project.

C) Discussion of renewal for Pick Up and Delivery of Election Supplies, Bid #03-01-1417, with Duryea Moving and Storage, Inc.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100830 for Computer Software for County-Wide Technology in the amount of $520.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100840 for Outside Counsel including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Outside Counsel Contingency for Non-Departmental in the amount of $19,349.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100850 to increase revenues and allocate State Training Fees for Criminal District Attorney, Constable Precincts 1-6, and Fire Marshall in the amount of $9,326.

D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100860 for Building Insurance including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency for Non-Departmental in the amount of $3,738.

3. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.

B) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

C) Discussion of the transfer of BSRP discretionary funds from Commissioner Bobbie Mitchell, Precinct #3 and Commissioner Jim Carter, Precinct #4 in the amount of $125,000 each for the Chinn Chapel Place Addition drainage project.

N) September 9, 2003-Public Meeting to Adopt 2003-2004 Budget and 2003 Tax Rate (The meeting to adopt the tax rate must be 3 to 14 days after tax rate public hearing and by September 1 or as soon after as practicable).

O) September 2, 2003-Public Hearing; schedule and announce meeting to adopt tax rate 3-14 days from this date (if applicable).
