1. PURCHASING
A) Discussion of selecting HDR as the most qualified firm for Engineering Services for the Renovation of Doors and Control System for Juvenile Detention and authority to negotiate a contract.
B) Discussion of ranking Halff Associates, Inc. as the most qualified firm for RFQ #08-02-1508, Civil Engineering Services for FM2499-Section 3.
2. BUDGET
A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100100 for various line items for License & Weights including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Vehicle Repairs Contingency in the amount of $36,117.
B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100120 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Salary, Assistants/Benefits for DA/Civil Child Abuse Grant in the amount of $76,162.
C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100150 for Jail Magistrate Expense for Judiciary and Court Support including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency in the amount of $16,500.
3. HUMAN RESOURCES
A) Discussion of revisions to Personnel Policy #4.2-Workers' Compensation Pay/Leave.
B) Discussion of a Privacy Policy for HIPAA compliance.
C) Discussion of revisions to Personnel Policy #2.14-Drug and Alcohol Policy for Employees.

5. SHERIFF
A) Discussion from Sheriff Lucas to inform the Commissioner Court of the use of the minimum security building (Old Gas Station) located East McKinney Street in Denton, Texas (located next to the Denton County Tax Office).
B) Discussion of Sheriff Lucas request to Commissioners Court members to approve the transfer of monies totaling $442.28 (plus any accrued interest) resulting from the sale of auctioned property into the North Central Texas Narcotics Task Force Generated Program Income account currently held in a Denton County Treasurer's General Revenue Account.

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.
B) Discussion of Resolution opposing the proposed construction of an electric generating facility in Parker County, near Lake Weatherford-County Judge.
C) Discussion regarding the approval of the inscription "I have many memories of 'Old Alton Bridge' and "I love every one of them"-Wayne Stuart Ryan-on the concrete bench to placed near the Old Alton Bridge as recommended by the Old Alton Bridge Committee-Commissioner, Precinct 1.
