A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100070 for Computer Software for County-Wide Technology in the amount of $2,600.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion of insurance premiums for Denton County Part-time Employees.

3. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.

B) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

A) Discussion of : a) the Project for construction and maintenance of Legacy Drive and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Underpass located within the City of Frisco and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas and the City of Frisco for construction and maintenance of Legacy Drive and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Underpass located with in the City of Frisco.

B) Discussion of; a) the project for construction of a traffic signal at Lebanon Road and FM 423 located with in the City of Frisco and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas and the City of Frisco for construction of a traffic signal at Lebanon Road and FM 423 located within the City of Frisco.

C) Discussion of Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Program Agreement between DMI, Decker Mechanical Corp. and Denton County, Texas for HVAC full service maintenance.
