B) Approve January 8, 2002, at 9:05 a.m. as the date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request for a Special Use Permit on Lot 10, Block A, Lakeview Ranchettes Addition, in the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use District; this permit is requested by Baxton Lynch, and recommended by the Lakeview Ranchettes Homeowners Association, the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Denton County Planning Department.
