Be it remembered, Commissioners Court of Denton County, Texas, met this 6th day of December, 2001, with Judge Scott Armey presiding. Commissioner Carter was present along with Director of Elections, Don Alexander, Criminal District Attorney, Carmen Rivera-Worley, Chief of Civil Division, and deputy clerk Kathleen Bransford.

Approve the Results for the Senate District 30 Runoff Election of December 4, 2001.

Don Alexander, Director of Elections, read into the record the total ballots cast for candidate Greg L. Underwood and the winner, Rep. Craig Estes, in the Runoff Election for Senate District 30.

Move to approve by Comm. Carter, second by Judge Armey.
