1. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100260 for Computers and Office Supplies for County Auditor in the amount of $2,276.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100280 for Computer Software for County-Wide Technology in the amount of $63,277.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100290 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for various line items within Criminal District Attorney for $14,602 and County-Wide Technology for $650 and including the transfer of Criminal District Attorney Chapter 59 Unappropriated Contingency at $2,209 for a total amount of $14,712.

D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100300 for Visiting Judge Expense for Judiciary and Court Support including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency in the amount of $6,200.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion of the assignment of Project No. 12-1G53 from DMG-Maximus to Maximus.

B) Discussion of the revision of Personnel Policy #6.5-Language Pay.

3. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.

B) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan.

C) Discussion regarding renovations and cost associated with the Cole Building.

4. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion of the timing of, the amount of, and the specific potential project items to be financed by Tax Notes: Better Safer Road Program Bonds; and the refinancing of debt service. Tax Notes: 1) JJAEP Facility, 2) Courthouse on the Square Restoration Grant, 3) Charlie J. Cole Building-Air distribution system, 4) Charlie J. Cole Building -kitchen repairs, 5) Carroll Building, 6) Loop 288 Government Center, 7) Law Enforcement Facility, 8) Space Study-Phase II, 9) Telephone System, 10) Tax Assessor/Collector-AS-400 Computer-Aide to the Court and 11) Roanoke Government Center-Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of Building Usage Request by Paula Carpenter, for use of the Commissioners Courtroom, Conference Room, and 1896 Room on June 20, 21, 22, 23, (Thursday thru Sunday) from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm for the purpose of Starbright Music, Writers in the Round Concerts-Aide-to-the-Court.

D) Discussion of Membership to Tex -21-Aide-to-the Court.

E) Discussion of acceptance of resignation of Trudy Boatwright from the Building and Property Committee and appointment of Terry Sullivan to fulfill the remainder of the tern-Commissioner Precinct 2.

F) Discussion of reappointment of Bruce Larson to the Transportation Committee-Commissioner Precinct 2.

G) Discussion of adoption of Facilities Emergency Plan-County Fire Marshall.

H) Discussion regarding the resignation of Don Blackwood to the North Texas Tollway Authority and appointment of a new board member to the NTTA-County Judge.

I) Discussion of an update from Architexas concerning the Courthouse on the Square Grant from the Texas Historical Commission-County Judge.

J) Discussion of consideration of approving a Tax Increment Financing Area (TIF) for economic revitalization in Old Town Lewisville-Commissioner Precinct 1.

K) Discussion of a Resolution supporting Parker County in voicing their opposition to the approval of Mirants permit from the TNRCC to construct a power plant under old emission standards-Commissioner Precinct 1.

5. LEGAL

A) Discussion of a) the Project regarding the Maintenance of New Hope Road and b) an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County and the City of Krugerville for the maintenance of New Hope Road.

B) Discussion of the Execution of the Contract for the Collection of Delinquent Property Taxes between Denton County, Texas, and the law firms of McCreary, Veselka, Bragg and Allen, P.C. and Hayes, Coffey & Berry, P.C.

C) Discussion of Agreement between County and Engineer, URS Corporation, a Nevada Corporation, f/k/a BRW, for the development a service plan for the Denton County Transportation Authority.

D) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County and the Mayhill-Cooper Creek Volunteer Fire Department.

E) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County and the Argyle Volunteer Fire District.

F) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County and the Krum Volunteer Fire Department.

G) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County and the City of Aubrey.

6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND MEETINGS
