C) Discussion regarding appropriate means and procedures by which to financially assist the Denton County Transportation Authority in developing a service plan and a proposed tax within the timelines prescribed by Texas Transportation Code, Section 460.055 (b) designation of most qualified firm(s), for professional services, authorize negotiation of contract(s) with most qualified firm(s), approval of contract(s).

D) Discussion of Amendment to the Chapter 381 Agreement between Denton County, Texas; LCS Land Partners II, Ltd, A Texas Limited Partnership; and Metro DFW No. 10, L.P.,a Texas Limited partnership.
