12. SHERIFF

A) Approve Order prohibiting the keeping of wild animals, pursuant to Chapter 240, Local Government Code and creating a penalty. (Briefing 10-30-01)

B) Approve the request to apply for supplement grant funding in the amount of $34,254.00 from the Office of the Governor-Criminal Justice Division Law Enforcement Programs (formerly the Texas Narcotics Control Program) for the North Central Texas Narcotics Task Force grant year 2001-2002. C) Approve 13 contract change orders for the Pretrial Center, Enforcement Center and Kitchen Expansion as requested by Hunt Construction Group on 10/24/01 for a total of $127,140.00.
