A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100020 for the creation of (1) one Civil Attorney II position effective 04-01-02 and (1) one Office Specialist II position effective 10-01-01 for various line items for the Criminal District Attorney Civil Division and the Telephone Department including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Civil Attorney Representation Contingency in the amount of $86,966 and an additional transfer of $1228 from Regular Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency.
