A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100020 for the creation of (1) one Civil Attorney II position effective 04-01-02 and (1) Office Support Specialist II position effective 10/01/01 for various line items for the Criminal District Attorney-Civil Division and Telephone Department including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Civil Attorney Representation Contingency in the amount of $86,966 and an additional transfer of $1,228 from Regular Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency.
