B) Approve recommendations regarding the Denton County Benefit Plan:

1) Approve HIPPA exemption for Plan Year 2002,
2) Adopt a prescription plan copay structure,
3) Adopt a dependent premium structure,
4) Expand coverage for sealants,

A) Approval of Denton County Magistrate Agreement Contract. (Briefing 9-18, 25-01)

B) Approve Potential Change Order #115 to provide $25,711.00 additional funding to the electrical trade contract of Boggs Electric Company, Inc. to install additional components to the alarm system per requests from the City of Denton.

* A) Approval of: 1) make a determination that BSRP funds are not needed at this time for FM 1171 West totaling $1.5 million; and 2) make a determination that funds at this time are needed on FM 1171 Section 1, a specific project listed in the BSRP; and 3) transfer funds from FM 1171 West to FM 1171 Section 1, and any appropriate action.
