1. BUDGET

E) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102450 for Microfilm Equipment for Records Management in the amount of $17,724.

13. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

G) Discussion of a Resolution to begin the process to create the Denton County Transportation Authority-County Judge.

H) Discussion from Sheriff Lucas is requesting the Commissioners Court to hold a public hearing to be held to comply with the US Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs requirement in order to receive Local Law Enforcement Block Grant funding. This public hearing will discuss the allocation and intended purpose of FY2001 LLEBG funds of $39,755 and local cash match amount of $3,975-Sheriff's Office.
