* A) Approval of specifications for engineering services for the Bridge Replacement Program-BRINSAP, RFQ #05-01-1424, appointment of evaluation committee, Kelly Zwinggi, Danny Brumley, Beth Fleming, and John Polster, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 06-19-01)

B) Approval of rejection of all proposals received for Long Distance Telephone Services, RFP #02-01-1412, and approval to purchase Long Distance Telephone Services through General Services Commission TEX-AN Program, and any appropriate action.

* A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101640 for various line items for County Judge in the amount of $3,075.

* B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101650 for various line items for Public Health-Clinical in the amount of $47,600.

* C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101670 for Statements of Fact for 367th District Court in the amount of $3000.

8. HUMAN RESOURCES

* A) Approval of Order Making Appointments. (Appointments have been posted and advertised. Interviews were conducted as set forth in the Denton County policies adopted by the Commissioners Court, except as otherwise stated in the appointment orders. These appointments are within the budgetary constraints.)

B) Approval of 6 new Reserve Deputy positions for Constable Precinct Three. (Briefing 06-19-01)

A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to Denton County Building Projects - Commissioners Court.

B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

* C) Approve the Final Plat for Stony Hills, Phase 2, Precinct 4.

* A) Approval of the minutes for June 12, 2001, Formal Session.

A) Approve the request to accept a continuing grant funding in the amount of $667,090 form the Office of the Governor-Criminal Justice Division (Texas Narcotics Control Program) for the North Central Texas Narcotics Task Force, grant year 2001-2002. (Briefing 06-19-01)

* B) Approval of awarding abandoned property to the North Central Texas Narcotics Task Force's Generated Program Income Account. (Briefing 06-19-01)

A) Approval of any action regarding Denton County boards and committees - Commissioners Court.

E) Approval of the Grant Acceptance for Continued Funding for the Family Violence Expansion Grant VA-99-V30-13433-02 for the Denton County Criminal District Attorney's Office.
