1. PURCHASING
A) Discussion of selection of Teague, Nall and Perkins as the most qualified engineering firm for inspection services for the Shale Creek Community project, authorize contract negotiations.
B) Discussion of selection for Crannell, Crannell and Martin Engineering Corporation as the most qualified firm for engineering services for the Kings Road project, authorize contract negotiations.
C) Discussion of purchase of Hardware for Ruggedized Laptops from Trio Industries, Inc. for $36,890.84 as the State of Texas QISV Best Value.
D) Discussion of award of RFP #02-01-1408 for Deferred Compensation to American General Financial Group/VALIC as the second provider for these services for county employees.

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101420 for Miscellaneous Building Maintenance for Law Enforcement Facility in the amount of $17,912.
B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101590 for Physhiatric Services and Court Appointed Attorney Family for 211th District Court including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency in the amount of $44,500.
C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101600 for Office Supplies and Contract Labor for Justice of the Peace, Precinct #4 in the amount of $4,500.
D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101610 for Training and Education for Information Services in the amount of $8,000.
E) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101620 for Training/Education and Court Reporter for Commissioners Court including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency in the amount of $11,500.
