* A) Approval of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Narcotics and Controlled Substance Inspections and the Denton State School.

* B) Approval of a Resolution of Denton County, Texas, Commissioners Court Authorizing the Submission of a Texas Community Development Program Application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the Community Development Fund; and Authorizing the County Judge to act as the County's Executive Officer and Authorized Representative in all matters pertaining to the County's application and participation in the Community Development Program.
