A) Discussion of Resolution to participate with MBIA Municipal Investors Service Corporation as a local government investment pool as permitted by Public Funds Investment Act, Texas Government Code, Section 2256.016 - Treasurer.

A) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete, Bid #03-03-1414.

C) Discussion of Amendment to the Denton County Courts Building Operations Plan.

D) Discussion of a Resolution of Denton County, Texas, Commissioners Court authorizing the submission of a Texas Community Development Program Application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for The Community Development Fund; and authorizing the County Judge to act as the County's Executive Officer and Authorized Representative in all matters pertaining to the County's Application and Participation in the Community Development Program.

E) Discussion of assignment of Administrative Services Only Agreement to LifeRe Administrators, Inc.
