1. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of the purchase of Cisco IP Telephones from Kent Datacomm for $133,893.50 as the State of Texas QISV Best Value, and any appropriate action.

B) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Vending Services, RFP #03-01-1415, and any appropriate action.

C) Discussion of award of bid for Cargo Trailers, Bid #01-01-1404, to Cross Roads for Trailers for $31,664, and any appropriate action.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101090 for Substitute Court Reporter for 362nd District Court in the amount of $7,500.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101100 for Burglar Alarm Maintenance for Historical Park Facility Selby-Bayless House in the amount of $212.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101110 to transfer funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency for Vehicle Repairs for Juvenile Detention in the amount of $6,890.

D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101120 for various line items for Telephone Department in the amount of $57,093.

3. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary act ion regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of Tuesday April 17, 2001 at 9:10 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request for a Special Use Permit for a cell tower within the jurisdiction of the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance as requested by Mrs. Rachell Duesman and as recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning Commission.

D) Discussion of variance from the Denton County Subdivision Rules and Regulations/Acceptance of Gravel Roads/Items ii) and v) as requested from Thomas J. Thompson for Tillie Lane.

C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County and the City of Carrollton.

D) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County and the City of Carrollton.
