1. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of renewal of bid for Office Supplies, Bid #01-99-1198, to Boise Cascade Office Products - County Judge.

B) Discussion of exemption from bidding for purchase of Imaging Software and Services from Votec, Inc. according to the provisions of Section 262.024(a)(7)(A) of the Local Government Code - County Judge.

C) Discussion of ranking HLM Design/Carter Goble Associates as the most qualified firm for the Denton County Facilities Master Plan, RFQ 10-2000 - County Judge.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100790 to Increase Revenues and allocate expenditures and transfer funds from Criminal District Attorney Check Fee Fund-Unappropriated Contingency for various line items for Criminal District Attorney in the amount of $20,986 - County Judge.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100810 for Pager Expense and Mobile Phone Expense and the creation of a new line item for county purposes for FY 2000-2001 for Jail Health in the amount of $524 - County Judge.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100820 to Increase Revenues and reallocate excess funds for Cars and Small Trucks for County Jail in the amount of $18,981 - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100830 to Increase Revenues and allocate expenditures for Sheriff's Department Underage Drinking Grant for a total amount of $37,990 - County Judge.

E) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100840 for Consultant Fees for Non-Departmental in the amount of $10,755 - County Judge.

3. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion of combining two part-time attorney positions (slot #067-DA, vacant & slot #085-DA, Catherine Luft) into one full time Appellate Attorney III position (slot #085-DA) and accompanying salary increase - County Judge.

B) Discussion of contract with Tarrant County for HIV Early Intervention Clinic Services - County Judge.
