1. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of exemption from bidding for professional services with DMG-Maximus as a consultant for a Compensation/Classification Review project according to the provision of Section 262.024 (a)(4) and (a)(7)(A) for the Local Government Code - County Judge.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment #100760 for Building Insurance for Non-Departmental in the amount of $553 - County Judge.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment #100770 for Lawsuit Settlements for Non-Departmental in the amount of $11,294 - County Judge.

3. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary act ion regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

4. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County boards and committees - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of ongoing Economic Development projects - County Judge.

C) Discussion of the77th Legislative Session - Commissioners Court.

D) Discussion of application for nomination of Patricia H. Muro, appointment to the Denton County Historical Commission - County Judge.

E) Discussion of Building Usage requested by Shari Witley, Denton Market on the Square, for the use of the Courthouse Lawn and Courthouse first floor, every Saturday starting May 19, 2001 through October 27, 2001, from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of the Denton Market-on-the-Square - County Judge.
