A) Discussion of consideration of a request by Sheriff Weldon Lucas asking the Commissioner's Court to accept a $267,829.00 grant from the Justice Department to implement section 241(I) of the Immigration and Nationally Act to provide assistance to states and local governments that are incurring costs due to the incarceration of undocumented criminal aliens in the 2000 budget year - County Judge.
