A) Discussion of an Order Allocating 1999 Road Bond Fund Interest Earnings to Fund the Amendment to the Innovative Transportation Solutions Transportation Enhancement Contract - County Judge.

2. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of renewal of temporary Personnel Service, RFP #10-99-1256, to Express personnel Service as the primary agency, Triangle Temporaries as the secondary - County Judge.

B) Discussion of award of Alternate #1 to the previously awarded bid for Denton County Courts Building, Asphalt, Bid #05-00-1339, to Calvert Paving for $8,369.00 for a total award of $22,906.00 - County Judge

3. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100640 for Bilingual Incentive Pay/benefits and Language Proficiency including the creation of new line items for county purposes for FY 2000-2001 for Various County Departments in the amount of $32,137 - County Judge

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100660 for various line items including the creation of a new line item for county purposes for FY 2000-2001 for the Courthouse Museum in the amount of $3,688 - County Judge.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100670 for Postage Machine Lease Payments and the creation of a new line item for county purposes for FY 2000-2001 for the County Clerk in the amount of $14,850 - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Budget Amendment #100680 to transfer funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency for computers for the 362nd District Court in the amount of $3,400 - County Judge.

E) Discussion of Budget Amendment #100690 to increase revenues and expenses for the Jones Street Facility/Lewisville for repairs and maintenance in the amount of $44,901 - County Judge.

B) Discussion of the Trade Contract Agreement between Denton County and Ellis M. Skinner Company regarding the construction of the Pre-Trial Center, Enforcement Center, Kitchen Expansion, Canopy Addition and Security - County Judge.

C) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Library Services between Denton County and the Lake Cities Library - County Judge.
