January 1, 2001
Be it remembered that Commissioners Court of Denton County, Texas, met on this the 1st day of January, 2001, with Judge Scott Armey presiding. Commissioners Mitchell and Carter were present, along with deputy clerk Kathleen Bransford, when the following proceedings were had, to wit:
Court opened with an Invocation by Richard Hays, Chairman of the Denton County Republican Party, and was followed by the Pledges of Allegiance to the American and Texas Flag led by Hank Scheible, Director of Veteran Affairs for Denton County.
