A) Discussion of issuance of bonds or other debt instruments and other related matters under the Better, Safer Roads Bond Program or any other statutory authority with representatives of Moody's Financial Services and Standard & Poors Rating Service. (Discussions with said representatives to be conducted via teleconferencing devices.)
