In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

5. PURCHASING

A) Approval of award for Denton County Courts Building Fourth Floor and Lower Level Voice and Cabling, RFP #05-00-1368, to Automated Cable Service, Inc., and any appropriate action - County Judge.

B) Approval of award for Lewisville Adult Probation Voice and Data Cabling, RFP #09-00-1390, to Black box Network Services for $39,501.85, and any appropriate action - County Judge.

C) Approval of specifications and authority to advertise for Patrol Vehicles, Bid #09-00-1392, and any appropriate action - County Judge.

D) Approval of: a) changes to the Denton County Benefit Plan as recommended by the Human Resources Department and b) approval of specifications and authority to advertise for Employee Benefit Insurance Plans and Related Services, RFP #09-00-1394, and any appropriate action - County Judge.

E) Approval of specifications and authority to advertise for Sports Utility Vehicles, Bid #09-00-1395, and any appropriate action - County Judge.

A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to Denton County Building Projects - Commissioners Court.
