O) Discussion of A) Resolution authorizing participation in the development and construction of the SH 121 Bypass and B) Advanced Funding Agreement For Standard Highway Improvements Projects between the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation and Denton County, Texas for State Highway 121 Bypass Project - County Judge

P) Discussion of Contract Agreement between Seneca Contracting Corp., and Denton County, Texas for Bid #02-00-1311 Bridge Rehabilitation - County Judge.
