B) Discussion of Sheriff Lucas requesting the Commissioners Court accept an award for new grant funding from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division in the amount of $189,265 to fund vital portions of the Denton County Sheriff's Greenbelt/Public Safety Unit - County Judge.

C) Discussion of Sheriff Lucas requesting the Commissioners Court accept an award for grant renewal from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division in the amount of $36,005 to fund vital portions of the Denton County Sheriff's Office Warrant Research Support Team - County Judge.

D) Discussion of review of the Petition for the creation of Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 10 and to set a Public Hearing - County Judge.

E) Discussion of Denton County TEFRA Approval Regarding Issuance of City of Cameron Education Corporation Student Housing Revenue Bonds - County Judge.

F) Discussion of lunch with Commissioners Court and Various County Employees with Representatives from Lantana, followed by a Ribbon Cutting at the Lantana Development. Lunch will be at Christina's, 6424 Cross Timbers, Flower mound, 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 29, 2000. Ceremony will be at the Lantana property on FM 407 - Commissioner Precinct #4.

G) Discussion of a resolution supporting Architexas application to the Texas Historical Commission for the Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program - County Judge.

A) Discussion of assignment of Tax Abatement Agreement between Denton County, Texas and AIL Investment, L.P., to Sun Trust Banks, Inc. - County Judge.
