9. HEALTH
A) Approval for the County Judge to administer the Oath of Office to Doctor Alvarez to continue his role as
Health Authority - County Judge.
10. COUNTY PLANNING
* A) Approve Final Plat for Westfield Estates, Precinct 4, and approval of privately maintained public easement which are not dedicated roads to Denton County and are not to be maintained by Denton County - County Judge.
11. STANDING ITEMS
A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.
B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.
