1. PURCHASING

L) Discussion of rejection of all bids for Emulsified Asphalt, Bid #04-00-1332, and any appropriate action - County Judge.

M) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Emulsified Asphalt (CRS-2, CRS-2H, AEP, SS-1, CRS-1P), Bid #07-00-1387, and any appropriate action - County Judge

7. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

C) Discussion of restoration work on the fountains at the Confederate Soldier Monument on the Courthouse-on-the-Square Lawn - County Judge.

D) Discussion of two agreements between the City of Denton and Denton County, Texas Providing for Payment and Use of Hotel Tax Funds - County Judge.

E) Discussion of : a) the Project for Road Construction of Marshall Creek Road, and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Town of Trophy Club and Denton County, Texas for Road Reconstruction of Marshall Creek Road - County Judge.

F) Discussion of clarification of Denton County Commissioners Court Order No, 00-347 to include the duties of Road Superintendent - County Judge.

G) Discuss rental and use of 4 used vehicles for $100 per day, per vehicle by Amadea Production Company - County Judge.

J) Discuss Presentation of the effective and rollback tax rates for tax year 2000 - County Judge.
