1. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of renewal for CMAP (Cold Mix Asphaltic Pavement), Bid #07-99-1235, to APAC-Texas, Inc. for $45.00 per ton - County Judge.

B) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Travel Management, RFP #06-00-1370 - County Judge.

C) Discussion of renewal for Election Supplies, Bid #05-99-1223, to Hart Information Services - County Judge.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request for computers for Elections Administration - County Judge.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request for computer supplies for Human Resources - County Judge.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request for contract labor and the creation of a new line item for county purposes for FY 1999-2000 for License and Weight - County Judge.

B) Discussion of request from Holly Matherly to use the Carrollton Government Center, Community Room, for interactive theatre workshops on the following Saturdays: July 8, August 19, September 9, October 14, November 11, and December 9, 2000 from 11:30 a.m. until 12 midnight - County Judge.

A) Discussion of Order Clarifying Commissioners Court's Order No. 00-308 by providing for an effective date for the elimination of Justice of the Peace #7 - County Judge.

B) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Tax Collection between Denton County and the Lake Cities Municipal Utility Authority - County Judge.

C) Discussion of Resolution Requesting the Designation of an Extension of State Highway 170 from Interstate 35 West to US 287 by the Texas Department of Transportation - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Resolution of Participation by the State of Texas Department of Transportation for Improvements to FM 1938 Interchange at SH 114 and FM 1938 Roadway Improvements from SH 114 to SH 1709 - County Judge.
