F) Approval of a Contract between Denton County and Service Master Disaster Technologies for Mold Remediation of the Charlie Cole Building and approval of Emergency Funding. An emergency exists with the recent discovery and identification of mold within the Charlie Cole Building, the discovery of which was unforeseeable and the existence of the condition creates an imminent threat to public health and safety. V.T.C.A. Government Code 551.045

NOTE: Pursuant to Section 551.071 (1)(A) and (B) Texas Government Code - This posting in an emergency agenda item for Denton County Commissioners court to consider/discuss to take immediate action regarding a reasonably unforeseeable situation requiring immediate action by the County.
