Citizens should complete a witness form located on the side table. Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law, the Commissioners Court is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the agenda. Action on your statement can be taken only at a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

9. SHERIFF
A) Approve the creation of one Victim Assistance Liaison Deputy Sheriff Slot - County Judge.
10. STANDING ITEMS
A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.
B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.
C) Approval of any action regarding Denton County boards and committees - Commissioners Court.
11. NON-DEPARTMENTAL
A) Approval of any action regarding the expansion of the existing Criminal Justice Computer Systems Committee - Commissioner Precinct Two.

* B) Approval of : a) Project Improvements to the N. Corinth Street, and b) Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Corinth and Denton County, Texas, for Road Improvements to the N.
