In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
9:15 a.m. A) Approve an appeal of the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance as requested by Mr. Charles Whittenburg and allow two special use permits be issued for each of two used manufactured homes in the J. Wilson Survey, Abstract 1409A, Tract 3D - County Judge.

9. BUDGET
A) Approval of Emergency Budget Amendment Request #101170 for Repairs and Maintenance for Denton County Courts Building in the amount of $59,469 - County Judge.
B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101180 for Architect Fees and the creation of a new line item for county purposes for FY 199-2000 for Courthouse-on-the-Square in the amount of $38,500 - County Judge.
* C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101070 for Psychiatric Service for County Court at Law #1 in the amount of $2,500 - County Judge. (Briefing 4-11-00)
10. HUMAN RESOURCES
* A) Approval of orders appointing New Employees.
