In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
9:15 a.m. A) Approve an appeal of the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance as requested by Mr. Charles Whittenburg and allow two special use permits be issued for each of two used manufactured homes in the J. Wilson Survey, Abstract 1409A, Tract 3D - County Judge.

(The appointments for April 4, 2000, have been posted and advertised; and interviews were conducted as set forth in the Denton County policies adopted by the Commissioners Court, except as otherwise stated in the appointment orders. These appointments are within the budgetary restraints.)
* B) Approve revisions to three job descriptions (Election/VR Clerk, Street & Map Coordinator, and Voter Registration Coordinator) in the Elections Department - County Judge. (Briefing 3-28-00)

* A) Approve minutes for March 21, 2000, Formal Session - County Judge.
11. COUNTY PLANNING
* A) Approve May 9, 2000 at 9:15 A.M. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider and approve the replat of Lot 67, Songbird Addition - County Judge.
* B) Approve final plat for Indian Sky Addition, Lots 6 & 7, Block A, Precinct One - County Judge.
12. STANDING ITEMS
A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.
B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.
