In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

A) Approval of resolution honoring Jeanette Jones, Tax Assessor/Collector Office, for twenty-seven years of service to Denton County - County Judge. (Briefing 3-14-00)
B) Approval of resolution designating the week of April 9 - April 15, 2000 as Crime Victims' Rights Week in Denton County - County Judge. (Briefing 3-14-00)
4. PUBLIC HEARING
9:15 a.m. A) Approve variance from western side yard set back and increase east side yard set back to 33 feet on Tract 97, Abstract 29, as requested by Mr. & Mrs. Terry Howard and recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission - Commissioners Court.
9:20 a.m. B) Approve the Replat of Lot 9, Polo club Addition, into Lots 9R1 and 9R2, Commissioner, Precinct Four, and any appropriate action - County Judge. (Public Hearing Recessed 3-14-00)

* A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100890 for computer supplies for Department of Information Services-Computer System/County Wide in the amount of $7,370 - County Judge. (Briefing 3-14-00)
B) Approval of Emergency Budget Amendment Request #100900 for Consultant Fees for Denton County Courts Building in the amount of $25,775 - County Judge.
C) Approval of Emergency Budget Amendment Request #100910 for Attorney Fees/Denton-Tarrant County Line for Non-Departmental in the amount of $13,128 - County Judge.
8. HUMAN RESOURCES
* A) Approval of orders appointing New Employees. (The appointments for March 21, 2000, have been posted and advertised; and interviews were conducted as set forth in the Denton County policies adopted by the Commissioners Court, except as otherwise stated in the appointment orders. These appointments are within the budgetary restraints.)

* A) Approve minutes for March 7, 2000, formal session - County Judge.
10. COUNTY PLANNING
* A) Approve April 4, 2000 at 9:15 a.m. as date and time to conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal to a decision of the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance as requested by Mr. Charles Whittenburg - County Judge. * B) Approve Final Plat for Stony Village, Lots 1 - 6, Block A, Precinct Four - County Judge.
* C) Approve Final Plat for Chase Oaks Estates, phase II, Lots 1 & 2, PRCT. 1 - County Judge.

A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.
B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.
