1. AUDITOR

A) Discussion of the County Expenditure Statement, 2000 for the State of Texas Pro Rata Tobacco Settlement Distribution - County Judge.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request for computer supplies, Department Information Services Computer Systems/County-Wide - County Judge.

3. COUNTY PLANNING

A) Discussion of April 4, 2000 at 9:15 a.m. as date and time to conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal to a decision of the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission as requested by Mr. Charles Whittenburg - County Judge.

4. STANDING ITEMS

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program, and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of resolution honoring Jeanette Jones, Tax Assessor/Collector Office, for twenty-seven years of service to Denton County - County Judge.

A) Discussion of resolution designating the week of April 9 - April 15, 2000 as Crime Victims' Rights Week in Denton County - County Judge.

B) Discussion of the following documents required for The Victim Notification Grant, VA 13611-02: a) Comprehensive Certification; b) Certified Assurances; and c) Resolution from Governing Body - County Judge.
