10. HEALTH

A) Approval of revised policy for Human Service Organizations, permitting them to accumulate up to six months of operating reserves and still qualify for Denton County Funding - County Judge.

11. SHERIFF

* A) Approve an application to be sent to the Criminal Justice Division-Office of the Governor to assist in the funding of a Crime Victim Assistance Coordinator to liaison with the Criminal District Attorney's Office and other agencies - County Judge. (Briefing 2-22-00)

12. COUNTY PLANNING

* A) Approve March 21, 2000 at 9:15 as date and time to conduct a public hearing to consider revisions to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance as requested by Mr. & Mrs. Terry Howard, and recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission - County Judge. (Briefing 2-22-00)

B) Approve Final Plat for Clear Ridge Addition, Lots 1-7, Block 1, Commissioner, Precinct One - County Judge.

A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.
