B) Discussion of award for Jail Expansion, Mechanical/HVAC and plumbing, Bid #01-00-1285, to CBS Mechanical, Inc. for $2,470,352, any appropriate action - County Judge.

C) Discussion of award for Jail Expansion, concrete and tilt wall panels, Bid #01-00-1282, to R3M, Inc. for $1,291,000, any appropriate action - County Judge.

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program, and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

A) Discussion of the use of the Courthouse-on-the-Square lawn, (Commissioners Courtroom & Conference Room in case of inclement weather), for a wedding to be held on Saturday, March 11, 2000, from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., as requested by Ms. Terri Holland - County Judge.

B) Discussion of resolution proclaiming March 5th - 11th, 2000, as Local Severe Weather Awareness Week - County Judge.

C) Discussion of building usage by Shari Withey for the North side of the Courthouse Lawn for the 4th Annual Market on the Square for every Saturday starting May 20, 2000 until October 28, 2000 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Building Usage by Patti Castleberry for the use of Carrolton Government Center on March 3, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. for the purpose of Homeowners Association Meeting - County Judge.

9. LEGAL

A) Discussion of Service Agreement between Denton County and Ann's Haven Hospice/The Visiting Nurse Association of Denton County, Texas - County Judge.

B) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County and the City of Denton - County Judge.
