Be it remembered that Commissioners Court of Denton County, Texas, met on this the 22nd day of February, 2000, with Judge Kirk Wilson presiding. Commissioners Jim Carter, Jeff Krueger and Scott Armey were present along with deputy clerk Kathleen Bransford when the following proceedings were had, to wit:
Court opened with an Invocation by Dr. Glen Daniels, Pastor of the Church of God in Denton, Texas, and was followed by the Pledges of Allegiance to the American Flag and the Texas Flag led by Peter Wrench, Director of Administration for the County Judge's Office.
Pastor Daniels: Oh Eternal God, we thank You for this day, for the godly people that You put in office. We ask You to bless this procession, this day in this court, and we ask You to give them knowledge and understanding and wisdom. We thank You, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Bill Drybread, Director of the Mental Health Mental Retardation Center, extends an invitation to the Commissioners and Judge to attend the annual Legislative Luncheon, hosted by the Board of Trustees, on March 23, 2000.
