In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

* A) Approve the minutes for February 1, 2000, Formal Session - County Judge.

10. CENTRALIZED ROAD& BRIDGE/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
A) FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY: Acceptance of the Road Superintendent to Denton County Commissioners Court for the month of January, 2000 - County Judge.
11. COUNTY PLANNING
* A) Approve amending the Denton County Subdivision Rules and/or Regulations Fee Schedule to read as follows: 1) Plat and Survey Fees: $100 plus $20 per lot ($10/lot if on approved disk*), 2) Engineering Plan, IDP Review Fee: Two percent (2%) of the cost of street and/or drainage improvements, 3) Plat Review Fees: $100 for the 4th and subsequent reviews, 4) Replatting Fee: $200 plus $20 per lot ($10/lot if on approved disk*), 5) Variance Fee: $200 (non-refundable, and 6) Road and/or Drainage Inspection Fee, all subdivisions and rental communities: Three Percent (3%) of the cost of street and/or drainage improvements, effective February 22, 2000. *Plats and plans must be submitted on a floppy computer disk or other acceptable media in a format accepted and approved by the Planning Director - County Judge. 12. STANDING ITEMS
A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.
B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.
C) Approval of any action regarding Denton County boards and committees - Commissioners Court.
13. NON-DEPARTMENTAL
A) Approve the request of Anna Shursen Counseling Services to use The Colony's meeting room every Tuesday, beginning February 22, 2000, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. for Therapy Group Sessions for Juvenile Probation - County Judge.

* C) Approve the request of Andrew Dunbar to use the 1896 Room, the Conference Room, and the Commissioners Courtroom for a wedding on Sunday, February 27, 2000, from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. - County Judge. (Briefing 2-15-00)
* D) Approve the request by The Law Office of Brian S. Holman, P.L.C., for the use of eight parking spaces next to the handicapped parking at the Denton County Courthouse for a blood drive on Thursday, May 25, 2000, from 8 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. - County Judge. (Briefing 2-15-00)
