A) Discuss March 21, 2000 at 9:15 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing for a variance from the land use ordinance as requested by Mr. & Mrs. Terry Howard and recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission - County Judge.

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

C) Discuss resolution urging the Interim Committee on County Affairs to recommend to the 77th Legislature that counties be reimbursed for the full cost of providing child support services for the State of Texas - County Judge.

D) Discuss the request of the Denton County Friends of the Family to use the Courthouse-on-the-Square first floor and the lawn for Sexual Assault Awareness Candlelight Vigil on Thursday, April 27, 2000, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. - County Judge.
