D) Discussion of miscellaneous computer equipment surplus, authorize a Sealed Bid Sale, advertising and any appropriate action - County Judge.

D) Discussion of INS Housing Contract Amendment to reflect increase of daily rate of payments by the INS - County Judge.

E) Discussion of: a) the Project for road construction of Lakeview Blvd., and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between The City of Denton and Denton County, Texas, for road construction of Lakeview Blvd. - County Judge.
