contract, and any appropriate action – County Judge.

Discussion of authorizing William P. Philips, Jr. to retain Jerry L. Gage,
S.R.A., to prepare appraisal reports for Robson Ranch Road Project at a cost
not to exceed $2000 per parcel, pursuant to the Agreement between Denton
County and Philips – County Judge.
