1.    AUDITOR

A)    Discussion of the allocation of $6,500 in excess 1999 Road Bond funds to the Rocky Shores Subdivision Surveying Project – County Judge.

 B)    Discussion of the allocation of $47,811 in excess 1992 Road Bond Fund interest earnings to the SH 121 Loan Project – County Judge.

 2.    PURCHASING

A)    Discussion of award of Temporary Personnel Service – RFP #10-99-1256 to Express Personnel Service as the primary agency, Triangle Temporaries as the secondary and Manpower as the third and any appropriate action – County Judge.

 3.    BUDGET

A)    Discussion of Budget Amendment Request for trailers and road and maintenance equipment, Centralized  Road & Bridge – County Judge.

 4.    HUMAN RESOURCES

A)    Discussion of the agreement with LabOne, Inc. – County Judge.

B)    Discussion  of revision to the job description for the Lieutenant/Training in the County Jail-Sheriff’s Department – County Judge.

C)    Discussion of job descriptions for interns in the Criminal District Attorney’s Office – County Judge.

5.    COUNTY CLERK

A)    Discussion of minutes for December 28, 1999, formal session – County Judge.

6.    CENTRALIZED ROAD & BRIDGE/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

A)    Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of Oak Point concerning Shahan Prairie Road and Martop Road and any appropriate action – County Judge.

7.    ELECTIONS

A)    Discussion of verification of Petition for Local Option Election, Justice of Peace Precinct #7 and any appropriate action – County Judge.

8.    BOARDS & COMMITTEES

A)    Discussion of drawing nine public members from the 1999 Grand Jury to serve on the Denton County  Salary Grievance Committee for year 2000 – County Judge.

9.    STANDING ITEMS

A)    Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff’s Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B)    Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court. 

C)    Discussion of Denton County boards and committees - Commissioners Court.

D)    Discussion of ongoing Economic Development projects - County Judge.

10.    NON-DEPARTMENTAL

A)    Discussion of resolution opposing the closing of Kirkwood Blvd./T.W. King Road by the City of Southlake, Texas – County Commissioner Precinct #4.

B)    Discussion of Building Usage for the 1896 Room by the Handspinners Guild, Laura Easterling, 2nd Thursdays of each month from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for the year 2000, except for June, July and August – County Judge.

C)    Discussion of the Denton County Building Usage Policy – County Commissioner, Precinct #3.

D)    Discussion of a joint resolution (Ordinance No. 00-02, Ordinance No. 99-08) establishing a program including mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery phases of a comprehensive emergency-management plan between the City of Lakewood, Texas, and Denton County, Texas – County Judge.

11.    LEGAL

A)    Discussion of A) Denton County Electric Cooperative, Inc.  d/b/a COSERV Electric as a sole source and B) Agreement between Denton County, Texas and COSERV Electric for the purchase of digital orthophotographic imagery in CD-Rom form – County Judge.
