c.  Site Paving, Bid #01-001281;  h.  Fire Protection System, Bid #01-00-1286;
d.  Concrete, Bid #01-00-1282;   i.   Electrical, Bid #01-00-1287;
e.  Structural Steel & Tilt Wall Erection, Bid #01-00-1283. j.  Roofing, Bid #01-00-1288;

8.    HUMAN RESOURCES

D)    Discussion of changing 2 part-time Court Clerk positions (vacant slot#007-12 & slot#008-12) into 1 full-time Court Clerk position (slot#008-12)—JP, Pct. #1 – County Judge.

10.    NON-DEPARTMENTAL

E)    Discussion of :

(1)     Amendment of Denton County Building Usage Policy, Section II, paragraph 20;

(2)     Waiver of Section II, paragraph 15 of the Denton County Building Usage Policy for the January 17, 2000 event; and

(3)     Assignment of supervision of the Courthouse-on-the-Square to the Denton County Fire Marshal for the date of January 17, 2000 – County Judge.
