In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

* B) Approve (1) excess funds in the amount of $300,000 are available in the "1999 Road Bond, Precinct Three, Discretionary Funds" project; (2) excess funds are not needed to fund any of the projects originally listed in the bond documentation; and (3) excess funds in the total amount of $300,000 are to be allocated to the "Farm to Market Road 407 Construction" project – County Judge.
