C) Approve a stop-loss limit of $75,000 and select Highmark as the stop-loss carrier with American Stop Loss as the Managing Group Underwriter for the 2000 plan year - County Judge.

12. CENTRALIZED ROAD & BRIDGE/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

A) FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, approval of Road Superintendent Report for the month of November 1999 - County Judge.

13. STANDING ITEMS

A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program; and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

14. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

A) Approval of an order authorizing the issuance of the Good Roads Denton County General Obligation Bonds in the principal amount of $8,250,000, specifying certain terms and features of said bonds and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance of said bonds for the SH 121 project - Commissioner, Precinct Two.
