3.    BUDGET

E)    Approval of Budget Amendment Request that will transfer funds to the Carroll Building Construction Fund, only if needed at the end of the construction project, for the purchase of (4) mobile filing systems and the creation of a new line item for county purposes for FY 1999-2000, otherwise if additional funds are available, these systems will be paid from existing Bond Funds – Transfer of Funds Department – County Judge.

11.    NON-DEPARTMENTAL

D)    Discuss Verification of Petition for Local Option Election – Town of Bartonville – County Judge.
