November 8, 2002

Be it remembered that Commissioners Court of Denton County, Texas, met on this the 8th day of November, 1999, with Judge Kirk Wilson presiding. Commissioner Armey was present along with Deputy Clerk Kathleen Bransford and Director of Elections, Don Alexander, when the following proceedings were had, to wit;

ITEM

Approval of any action related to the canvassing of the November 2, 1999 State Constitutional Election.

Don Alexander, Director of Elections, read into the record the total ballots cast for Propositions 1 through 17 for all 118 precincts in Denton County.

Move to approve an Order canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the State Constitutional Election held November 2, 1999 by Comm. Armey, seconded by Judge Wilson.
