2. PUBLIC INPUT FOR ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA
Citizens should complete a witness form located on the side table. Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law, the Commissioners Court is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the agenda. Action on your statement can be taken only at a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

* B) Approval of an order increasing the County and District Court Civil Filing Fee for the Law Library from $20 to $25 per case filed, effective October 1, 1999, per authority given in Section 323.023(a) of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas on October 1, 1999 - County Judge. * C) Approval of the order finding that (1) excess funds in the amount of $118,000 are available in the "1999 Road Bond Fund", Precinct 1 Special Projects account; (2) the excess funds are not needed to fund any of the projects originally listed in the bond documentation; and (3) that the excess funds in the amount of $118,000 are allocated to the "Precinct 1 - FM 428 Utilities Relocation" project - County Judge.
