1. AUDITOR

A) Discuss an Order increasing the Law Library filing fees from $20.00 per case to $25.00 per case, effective 10/1/99 - County Judge.

B) Discuss re-allocating $118,000 of 1999 Road Bond Funds from the Precinct One, Special Projects accounts, to the Precinct One, FM 428 Utilities Relocation Project, to fund the Costs of Utilities Relocation in connection with the Reconstruction of FM 428 - County Judge.

2. PURCHASING

A) Discuss award for Janitorial Services, Bid #05-99-1226 - County Judge.

B) Discuss revisions to Purchasing Policy, and any appropriate action - County Judge.

5. SHERIFF

A) Discuss acceptance of approximately $23,000 in donated funds from a party for the purpose of purchasing diving equipment for a Sheriff's Office Dive Team, and deposit said funds into a suspense account until needed - County Judge.

B) Discuss exemption from bidding for Professional Services Consultant for the Denton County Sheriff's Office, approval of contract with Douglas L. Wilson Consulting and Associates according to the provisions of Section 262.024 (a) (4) of the Local Government Code - County Judge.

6. STANDING ITEMS

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects; Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program, and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of Denton County boards and committees - Commissioners Court.

D) Discussion of ongoing Economic Development projects - County Judge.

7. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

A) Discuss recognition of Denton County Purchasing Director Beth Fleming for receiving the Public Relations Person of the Year Award for 1999 from the National Association of Purchasing Management - Commissioner, Precinct Two.

B) Discuss the acceptance of the sergeant position for the License and Weights Division - County Judge.

C) Discuss the sale of a 2.5428 acre-tract of land in the John Cheek Survey, Abstract Number 227, Denton County , to Donald J. Carter and wife, Linda Jo Carter - County Judge.

D) Discuss use of the 1896 Room for the first Fridays of the months October 1999 through June 2000, inclusive, from 11:45 a.m. until 1:15 p.m., for a Camp Fire Boys and Girls Leaders meeting - County Judge.

E) Discuss use of the Ceremonial Courtroom in the Denton County Courts Building on Thursday, December 9, 1999, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. for an "Ethics" continuing legal education seminar called "The Rewards of Decency" sponsored by the St. Mary's University School of Law - County Judge.

F) Discuss use of The 1896 Room and Commissioners Courtroom on Saturday, March 4, 2000, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. for a meeting and reception of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, Peters Colony Chapter - County Judge.

A) Discuss Contract for Professional Services between The Business Leaders' Corporation of Denton County and Denton County - County Judge.
